Recruitment Garuda Indonesia - Human Capital Analyst


  • Male / Female with maximum age 30 years old
  • Holds min. Master's Degree (S2) in Psychology from reputable state or overseas university
  • Min. GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Good understanding of Recruitment & Selection, Assessment Center, and Competency-Based Interview
  • Preferably certified in Targeted Selection Interview (TSI) or Behavioral Event Interview (BEI)
  • Freshgraduates are welcome to apply, having 1-2 years experience is an added advantage
  • Good command in English, both oral and written
  • Able to work individually and in a team and able to work underpressure
  • Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area
